Our telecommunications client is seeking a IntermediateCustomer Service Representative (5+ years) to support government public safety radio network service requests using CRM tools and billing processes
Join a team supporting modernization initiatives for a large-scale public safety radio network serving frontline and emergency responders. This role manages government-related service desk tickets, billing activities, inventory updates, and customer requests within Telecom's Radio Division. The position supports projects tied to various Provincial Government service requests in a fast-changing operational setting. Remote work is available with weekly in-office meetings in the GTA.
Duration: Initial 9 months Opportunity with possibility of Extension
The successful candidate must be eligible for a OPP Background check . 7.5 hours per day, Monday to Friday
Location: Remote with 1 day a week Onsite in Mississauga office
Must Haves
- 3+ years in customer service handling client requests and issue resolution
- CRM tool utilization for processing customer requests and service activities
- Billing , invoice processing, and inventory system updates
- College or university education
- SAP is an asset
- Flexibility to take different shifts
Nice to Have
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer requests in a prompt, accurate, and professional manner
- Handle service desk tickets received from government clients
- Process customer requests through the CRM tool
- Manage and update the inventory system
- Complete service orders and billing activities
- Process invoices and ensure task completion
- Coordinate with internal and external teams to address customer needs
