you'll be the go-to person for all retail questions while delivering outstanding guest service. Working on the front line, you'll welcome guests, answer questions about the resort, provide directions, and help ensure every visitor has an exceptional experience. You'll also play a key role in keeping the retail store organized, well-stocked, and running smoothly.This role is perfect for someone who:Is at least 19 years of age.Holds a valid Serving It Right certificate or is willing to obtain one.Is organized, positive, and thrives in a busy environmentEnjoys leading by example and supporting both guests and teammates.Has solid communication and customer service skillsBrings enthusiasm and helps keep the stoke high for both guests and the team.If You're passionate about creating memorable mountain experiences and enjoy working with an energetic team, we'd love to hear form you!Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with receiving.Assist manager and supervisor with hiring salespeopleAssist manager and supervisor in training and counseling staff membersHelp oversee cash-out procedures and cashier trainingBe the floor supervisor when the retail supervisor is not thereAssign daily tasks to staff members when being the floor supervisorEnsure a team atmosphere within the storeEnsure the store is well merchandised, clean, and tidyMaintain maximum stock levelsHelp with inventoryMake the manager aware of any low stock items for reorderMake the manager aware of any customer warranties or staffing issues.
