Key Responsibilities:
• Personal care, including grooming and bathing clients
• Meal planning and nutritious cooking for clients
• Document vital information with our mobile app




• Develop relationships with clients and healthcare teams
• Monitor clients' health and report to Nurse Managers
Requirements:
• Health Care Aide Certification or comparable qualifications
• Active registration with the College of LPNs and HCAs
• Current CPR Certification or willingness to complete
• Complete Vulnerable Sector Police Check
• Driver's License with willingness to travel between homes
