As a critical link between employees and Human Resources, you will manage the entire Return-to-Work (RTW) process after medical leave. Your problem-solving abilities will enhance accommodation strategies, ensuring employees re-enter the workplace safely and efficiently. Collaboration with various stakeholders will be key to your success.
Key Responsibilities: • Oversee entire RTW and Stay-at-Work initiatives • Initiate contact with employees post-injury or illness • Develop and monitor effective RTW plans • Submit WCB documentation within deadlines • Track case progress and address barriers
Requirements: • 2–5 years' RTW coordination experience • Solid knowledge of workers' compensation • Proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders • Strong attention to detail • Certification in Disability Management is an asset
