You will be instrumental in advising on compliance matters while collaborating with multiple stakeholders to further corporate objectives. Your role is pivotal in ensuring the AGCO maintains regulatory integrity.Key Responsibilities:Deliver consistent litigation-focused legal adviceRepresent AGCO in tribunal litigation and appealsGuide on compliance-related legal documentationContribute to legal projects with internal and external stakeholdersProvide strategic counsel for regulatory operationsRequirements:More than 5 years of legal experience in public serviceStrong background in administrative law litigationUnderstanding of AGCO's regulatory landscapeEligible to work in Canada with a clean legal recordLaw Degree (LL.B. or J.D.) from an accredited institutionHarness your legal expertise to shape regulatory practices at AGCO.
