About the Role

As a Sales Associate, also known as a Product Specialist, you’ll engage with customers, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to the success of the store. This entry‑level position offers opportunities for growth and a adaptable schedule.

Compensation

Starting rate: $19.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

- Engage with customers to provide personalized advice and ensure each customer leaves with the right product.
- Contribute to achieving store and individual sales goals.
- Maintain store appearance, organize displays,



restock shelves, and manage merchandise; may lift up to 50 pounds.
- Handle cashier responsibilities, accurately process payments, and ensure a great final impression.
- Stay informed on Skechers product offerings and share details to enhance the customer experience and boost sales.
- Collaborate with teammates to create an inviting store environment that reflects the Skechers brand.

Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
- Experience in retail sales, customer service, or cashier roles is a plus.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
