Our client, a healthcare communications agency, is looking for a Creative Resource Manager on a freelance contract basis, hybrid in Toronto, ASAP!

Responsibilities:

- Manage resource allocation across creative, editorial, QA, and development teams
- Track day-to-day workloads, availability, and leave.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date resource schedules and Smartsheet.
- Manage daily and weekly scheduling changes.
- Act as the day-to-day operational point of contact for teams.
- Coordinate staffing for copywriters, designers, art directors, editors, banner developers, and QA resources
- Support workload forecasting and team capacity planning
- Provide seamless coverage during Resource Manager absences
- Partner closely with team leads to ensure projects are appropriately staffed

Requirements:





- Agency resource management experience required
- Solid organizational and communication skills
- Experience with resource/project management tools (Smartsheet preferred, not required)
- Healthcare agency experience is a plus but not required
