In this position, you’ll support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities through individualized and group activities focused on independence and wellness. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop client-centered recreational and educational activities
• Encourage independence through structured programming
• Maintain a safe and nurturing environment




• Assist clients with fitness and money management activities
• Document and share progress within the team
Requirements:
• High school diploma required, with relevant education preferred
• Experience with adults facing intellectual disabilities and mental health issues
• Valid driver’s license and necessary medical reports required
• First Aid AED/CPR certification mandatory
• Clear vulnerable sector and conduct records
