Position

Part‑time Sales Associate for The Shoe Co. banner.

Responsibilities

- Maximize store business results by consistently creating exceptional customer experiences.
- Maintain exceptional product knowledge and industry trend knowledge.
- Provide a shopping experience that encourages responsive customer service, compelling merchandise presentation, and operational integrity.
- Foster teamwork, collaboration, and change advocacy within the store and district.
- Maintain effective, open lines of communication with the Store Manager.
- Carry out other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

- Open, approachable, and outgoing attitude when interacting with customers and co‑workers.




- Excellent customer service and strong desire to assist customers.
- Motivated and driven to achieve results.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced team setting.
- Openness to learn and develop new skills.
- Flexibility and ability to quickly adopt to change.
- Ability to assume a variety of scheduled shifts, including closing shifts and weekends as required.

Compensation

Pay: $17.60 per hour.
