The Role:

What this role brings to you:

- Following all loss prevention and key control policies to reduce shrink
- Performing Weekly Inventory Cycle counts and periodic Full Store Inventory counts
- Weekly ordering to ensure you have sufficient inventory
- Following proper store opening and closing procedures,



including alarm checks and security walks

What you bring to the role:

- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- A dynamic and positive personality with solid leadership skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required
- 2 years experience in retail management and customer service
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Compensation: Generally, the hiring range for this position is $50,000 to $55,000 annually; the base pay offered is based on location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, internal and market equity.
