Synonym is seeking a spirited qualified with at least one year of experience in specialty coffee to support our café, resto-bar, and bookshop. Your role will involve crafting exceptional beverages, managing guest interactions, and ensuring overall cleanliness and safety of the space. Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver exceptional service and take ownership of the bar area
• Prepare diverse espresso-based drinks and pastries
• Input guest orders accurately into our POS system




• Ensure cleanliness and organization of front-of-house spaces
• Assist with executing Synonym's events and initiatives
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of specialty coffee experience
• Smart Serve Certified; Food Safety Certification a plus
• Legally eligible to work in Canada
• Flexible availability for full-time or part-time roles
• Two references from the industry required
