As a Companion/Caregiver, you will be integral to our clients' well-being by focusing on emotional presence and respectful interaction. This role requires the ability to respond calmly to needs, provide companionship, and uphold the dignity of each individual. Building meaningful connections is paramount in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with clients through meaningful interactions
• Ensure a calming and uplifting workplace
• Provide compassionate and dedicated support
• Exercise sound judgment and problem-solving skills
• Maintain regular and attentive interaction with clients
Requirements:
• PSW Certificate is necessary
• 2 years of experience in caregiving
• Experience with dementia care preferred
• CPR and First Aid Certification required
• Italian-speaking skills are a plus
