Join Wilfrid Laurier University's Toronto Campus as a Sports Marketing Lecture for Winter 2027, focusing on enhancing the sports fan experience. This in-person role is all about engaging students.
The Lazaridis School of Business & Economics is looking for a knowledgeable professional to lead a Sports Marketing course for a class size of 15 students. Applicants should have significant marketing leadership experience or prior teaching in a sports context, alongside a Master’s Degree in Marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver weekly lectures on sports fan engagement practices
• Develop comprehensive course outlines and materials
• Engage students through interactive discussions
• Assess and grade student work effectively
• Bring industry insights into classroom learning
Requirements:
• Master’s Degree in Marketing or equivalent
• Proven experience in marketing or teaching in sports
• Solid facilitation and communication skills
• Evidence-based good teaching necessary
• Previous courses taught and evaluations to be submitted
