As a full time Resource Consultant, you will oversee licensed child care centers and promote best practices for children aged 0 to 12. Your role includes conducting assessments, providing resources, and developing Individual Program Plans to ensure every child is included.
Key Responsibilities:
• Observe and assess children's strengths and learning styles
• Support educators in implementing capacity-building strategies




• Develop Individual Program Plans for identified children
• Coordinate case meetings with community partners
• Maintain comprehensive client documentation and records
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Early Childhood Education
• Resource Consultant certificate or equivalent experience
• Experience working with children with disabilities
• First Aid certified with CPR
• Valid driver’s license and clean abstract
