Position: Salesforce Business Analyst
Location: Toronto, Canada (Hybrid)

- The successful candidate will have a track record of leading business programs and driving business tool adoption.
- Salesforce knowledge is essential, but role does not require coding.
- Development activities are supported by technology team.
- The focus of this position is on partnering with business stakeholders to understand strategic objectives, defining product requirements, translating them into actionable features, validating solutions through testing, and driving successful implementation and adoption.
