Langenburg Motors is seeking an experienced and motivated Full-Time Service Manager to lead our Service Department. This position is responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Supervise and support Service Advisors and Technicians
- Manage daily workflow, scheduling, and shop productivity
- Ensure excellent customer service from initial contact to vehicle pickup
- Address and resolve customer concerns in a professional manner
- Monitor department performance and implement improvements
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Foster a positive and team-oriented work environment

Skills and Abilities

- Solid leadership and team management skills




- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to motivate and develop staff

Experience

- Previous management or supervisory experience required
- Automotive or dealership experience preferred
- Mechanical knowledge considered an asset

Education

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Additional training or certification in automotive service management is an asset
