About the Position

Centre Jardin Cloutier Botanix is looking for a sales advisor - indoor plants to assist and advise customers in the selection, care, and arrangement of indoor plants.

This position combines customer service, horticultural knowledge, and plant display, in a dynamic and passionate environment. It is suitable for both those with prior experience and those wishing to develop their horticultural knowledge.

Main Responsibilities

Consultative Sales and Service

- Greet customers and offer tailored advice on indoor plants
- Inform customers about maintenance, watering, exposure, and care
- Assist in selecting plants according to needs and living environment

Merchandising and Maintenance

- Participate in the maintenance of indoor plants (watering, cleaning, rotation)
- Ensure an attractive presentation of plant sections
- Maintain a clean, organized,



and inviting sales area

Operational Support

- Collaborate with the store and greenhouse team
- Perform related tasks as needed during busy periods

Desired Profile

- Valuable sense of customer service
- Ability to communicate and simplify information
- Autonomy, organization, and team spirit
- Attention to detail and customer satisfaction

Requirements

- Availability for variable and seasonal hours
- Experience in sales or horticulture (an asset)
- Horticulture training or equivalent experience (an asset)
