We are seeking a full-time Practice Specialist to enhance outcomes for vulnerable children, youth, and families. The ideal candidate will provide coaching and mentorship while implementing provincial priorities. Previous experience in child welfare and a commitment to cultural responsiveness is essential to excel in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead implementation of child intervention initiatives
• Provide coaching and training to strengthen staff practices
• Support complex casework through mentorship
• Act as a subject matter expert on legislation
• Foster cooperative relationships across community partners
Requirements:
• Minimum two years in child intervention or related field
• Knowledge of Child Intervention Practice Framework
• Experience in coaching and mentorship
• Valid Class 5 Driver's License and reliable vehicle
• Registration with Alberta College of Social Workers
