As a Host at Fit4Less, you will play a crucial role in customer service and club cleanliness. Your responsibilities involve engaging members with warm greetings and completing necessary cleaning tasks. The ideal candidate will actively promote memberships while creating a positive atmosphere for all guests.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain cleanliness standards throughout the club
• Warmly welcome and assist members and guests
• Educate customers about club features and services
• Report any maintenance issues immediately
• Engage in effective communication with the management team
Requirements:
• High School diploma or in progress
• Minimum 1 year team experience or volunteer work
• Strong verbal and written skills
• WHMIS and First Aid, CPR-A & AED certification
• Able to manage stress and work effectively
