Nail Technician (Part time, Commission-Based)

Overview

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Nail Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate has experience in professional nail services and is committed to providing exceptional customer care.

As a Nail Technician, you will deliver high-quality nail services while maintaining a clean, relaxing, and welcoming salon environment.

Strong communication skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships are essential.

Responsibilities

- Perform a variety of nail services, including manicures, pedicures, nail extensions, and refills.
- Apply gel polish, Bio Gel, acrylic, hard gel, and other nail enhancement techniques.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation at all times.
- Properly disinfect and sanitize tools and equipment according to health and safety regulations.
- Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend appropriate services and treatments.
- Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a positive salon experience.




- Promote and recommend additional services and retail products when appropriate.
- Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and products.

Requirements

- Previous experience working in a professional nail salon is required.
- Proficiency in nail extensions and refill services. Strong manicure and pedicure skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of sanitation and infection-control procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, professional, detail-oriented, and passionate about the beauty industry.
