As a temporary part-time Activity Aide, you will report to the Programs Manager and create meaningful recreation programs for individual and group participation. Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and implement activation programs based on resident needs
• Prepare activity area and transport residents for participation

• Maintain program records according to department policies

Requirements:
• Post-secondary diploma in recreation, kinesiology, or related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in planning and evaluating programs
• Ability to work independently and manage time well
• Knowledge of geriatric care, particularly cognitive impairments
