In this key role, Fluor is looking for an Intermediate Architect with at least six years of relevant experience in medium to heavy industrial structures. You will engage in project documentation, code analysis, and collaborate with engineers, vendors, and clients to realize project goals. You will also leverage advanced 3D modeling to create effective design solutions while ensuring health and safety considerations are incorporated.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review design documents and specifications for projects • Coordinate designs for industrial building projects • Verify compliance with building codes and regulations • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams • Participate in procurement and estimating activities
Requirements: • Accredited architectural degree needed • Minimum 6 years of industrial design experience • Robust knowledge of Canadian construction practices • Proficiency in Microstation, AutoCAD, and Revit BIM • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
