Finning Canada is seeking experienced Heavy Duty Mechanics to join their team at the Kearl mine site near Fort McMurray. This role involves working on large CAT mining equipment in a agile, safety-focused environment. Candidates will benefit from a 14x14 continuous day and night shift rotation, premium camp accommodations, and paid flights. The ideal candidate is a Red Seal Journeyperson with strong troubleshooting skills and experience in mining or industrial settings. Perks & Benefits

Red Seal Journeyperson Heavy Equipment Technician Certification Valid driver’s license with a recent drivers abstract Strong knowledge/experience of 797F C175 haul truck Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills Dedication to safety and ability to help drive a strong safety culture Completion of all Finning S-level courses considered an asset Strong computer skills including ET and VIMS Ability to obtain Customer Site access (Drug & Alcohol, fitness testing) and wear a respirator where applicable What Will Make You Stand Out

Preference for advanced electrical troubleshooting skills Tier 2/4 & C175 series engines experience Experience in a mine or industrial setting is preferred
