We are looking for a Dedicated Recovery Support Worker to enhance our team. You'll bring trauma-informed care to participants while closely monitoring their journey toward recovery and compliance.
As a Recovery Support Worker, your personable demeanor and detail-oriented approach will enable you to support individuals with substance misuse effectively. You will oversee patients' self-administration of medications, mentor new coworkers, and ensure all activities align with facility guidelines. Your employment history and commitment to care will be vital in this significant position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor patient conditions and communicate findings
• Provide guidance to newer coworkers and participants
• Supervise self-administration of necessary medications




• Guarantee compliance with schedules and facility policies
• Conduct both written and verbal reporting tasks
Requirements:
• Experience in substance misuse support is beneficial
• Trauma-informed perspective and strong communication skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent monitoring abilities
• Post-secondary education is an asset
• Availability for shifts including weekends and nights
