As an Underground Surveyor, you will report to the Project Superintendent while engaging in vital development and production activities underground. Your responsibilities will include maintaining project blueprints and effectively updating survey data to ensure safety and compliance. A commitment to accurate reporting and adherence to company safety policies is crucial in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute underground surveying tasks for mining operations • Regularly update production blueprints and survey records • Create and share detailed survey plans with project teams • Participate in safety inspections and hazard assessments • Operate required survey equipment and vehicles
Requirements: • Minimum 3 years of experience in underground surveying • Proficient in MS Office and related mining software • Ontario Underground Hard Rock Miner Common Core certification • Excellent organizational and time management abilities • Proven safety record in mining environments
