Automobility Medical is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and professional Compression Garment Fitter Trainee and Sales Associate to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

- Learn to measure and fit clients for compression garments including stockings, sleeves, wraps, and custom garments
- Conduct in‑home appointments and measurements
- Educate clients on garment use, donning and doffing techniques, and garment care
- Prepare quotations, process orders, and follow up with clients
- Maintain accurate client records and measurements
- Assist with showroom sales and customer service
- Participate in community outreach, clinics, and educational events





Qualifications

- Valid Class 5 Driver’s Licence
- Comfortable travelling throughout Regina and surrounding areas
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and compassionate bedside manner
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Sales experience considered an asset
- Experience in healthcare, medical office administration or customer service considered an asset
- Willingness to complete compression garment fitting certification training and ongoing education
