As a Community Support Specialist, you will work closely with diverse participants in various living arrangements, promoting their well-being and independence. You'll assist in setting personal goals while working alongside Clinical Case Managers to facilitate enriching programs and activities. This role offers full-time and part time opportunities, tailored to your availability.

Key Responsibilities: • Keep participant information current and organized • Log daily support activities and interactions • Collaborate on incident reporting for participants • Assist participants with goal-setting strategies • Perform additional tasks as assigned

Requirements: • At least two years of related experience • Up-to-date First Aid and CPR certification • Recent criminal record checks required • Preferred qualifications include education in Human Services • Strong interpersonal and crisis-de-escalation skills
