Early Morning Shift

- Enjoys fast-paced distribution environments
- Comfortable with standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and walking for long periods
- Warehouse/logistics experience is a plus
- Forklift license is a nice-to-have, or willing to learn
- Experience with warehouse equipment is a plus
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities
- People-person, good at building rapport
- Results-driven
- Team player, but can work solo
- Committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace

Responsibilities

- Handle shipping, picking, receiving, and storage using Warehouse equipments.
- Unload and manage inbound/outbound merchandise
- Secure merchandise for secure movement
- Verify received articles against paperwork
- Document and remove damaged merchandise
- Store/stage pallets in assigned locations
- Maintain safety and security in work areas
- Promote IKEA culture and embrace diversity
- Contribute to a positive community and environmental impact.
