Scottish Line Painting Ltd. is hiring a Thermoplastic Foreman to support and grow our thermoplastic operations.This is a hands-on, field-based role - This role will be a night shift role. Please do not apply if you are unwilling to work nights.The RoleYou will be responsible for learning and executing all aspects of thermoplastic road marking, including:Reading and interpreting drawingsLaying out and applying road markingsSupporting and leading a crew on-siteOperating and troubleshooting equipmentMaintaining safety and quality standardsThis role is best suited to someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in doing the job right.Training & First Season ExpectationsThe first 5 months will be a training and probation period.During this time, you will be expected to build capability across:Layout and measurement accuracyEquipment operation and troubleshootingCrew communication and coordinationProductivity and job site executionWe are looking for steady progression — not perfection on day one, but clear growth over time.What We Look ForCommunicationClear and respectful communication with crew, management, and clientsAbility to raise issues early and keep people informedTeam MindsetWorks well as part of a crewSteps in where needed and supports othersContributes to a positive,
