As a vital part of the Centralized Staff Scheduling department, the Scheduling Coordinator assists in maintaining effective staffing levels under the supervision of the Scheduling Supervisor. This role requires hands-on experience in staffing and scheduling, complemented by excellent organization and communication skills. You will help streamline processes to foster a supportive healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Organize and coordinate staffing schedules as needed • Uphold accurate files and records for staffing efficiency • Manage priorities effectively within a demanding setting • Communicate using Microsoft Office tools for scheduling needs • Handle sensitive information with care and confidentiality
Requirements: • High School graduate or equivalent education • Minimum one year of scheduling experience • Familiar with Microsoft Office applications • Strong verbal and written communication abilities • Capable of working independently with minimal guidance
