Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver holistic care tailored to each resident's needs
• Build robust relationships with residents and families
• Participate in creating personalized wellness plans




• Conduct resident assessments and provide ongoing support
• Foster social connections among residents for community engagement
Requirements:
• Approved Practical Nursing program completion
• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• CPR certification is up to date
• Effective communication skills with peers and residents
• Previous long-term care experience considered beneficial
