Vaco by Highspring is hiring an Accounting Manager to manage corporate and project-level accounting. This role requires expertise in financial reporting, general ledger maintenance, and collaboration with development and operations teams. You will oversee month-end closes, prepare financial statements, and liaise with external auditors while supporting project cost monitoring.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes
• Prepare corporate financial statements and management reports
• Oversee accounting for project development and acquisition




• Coordinate year-end working papers for auditors
• Monitor project costs and support construction financing
Requirements:
• CPA designation preferred or actively pursuing
• Experience in multi-entity and project accounting
• Strong Excel skills for data analysis
• Previous mentoring experience in accounting
• Familiarity with Yardi Voyager is preferred
