Drive impactful fundraising at The Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation as the Manager of Leadership Philanthropy. This role focuses on enhancing donor engagement strategies in a hybrid work setting.
As a strategic leader in the Marketing and Communications department, you will be responsible for achieving annual Leadership Giving targets through effective donor cultivation. Building lasting relationships with supporters who contribute between $1,000 and $5,000 is a critical function of this position. Your insights will contribute to a culture of giving while advancing world-class cancer research.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage relationships with leadership giving supporters • Achieve ambitious fundraising targets through personalized outreach • Implement moves management strategies for maximum donor impact • Work collaboratively with team members across functions • Ensure proper stewardship and data accuracy in CRM systems
Requirements: • Degree in Business, Communications, or similar fields • At least 5 years of fundraising and relationship management • Demonstrated success in securing key gifts • Excellent strategic and analytical skills • Familiarity with CRM/databases, preferably Blackbaud CRM
