You will play a pivotal role in maintaining the luxurious atmosphere at Fairmont Heritage Place. Collaborate with the maintenance team, respond to Guest requests, and ensure public areas remain immaculate. The ideal candidate will be proactive, reliable, and ready to take on diverse responsibilities to enhance the living experience for Owners.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide professional assistance to Owners and Guests
• Support minor maintenance and cleaning efforts
• Ensure public areas are secure and tidy




• Conduct snow removal for safety
• Assist with inventory management tasks
Requirements:
• Strong service orientation and reliability needed
• A valid Class 5 BC Driver's License required
• Some experience in hospitality or property maintenance is an asset
• Physically fit to lift 50lbs and work outdoors
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
