Become an essential part of Delmanor's team as a Residential Environmental Assistant. Your work will involve ensuring properties are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
This role at Delmanor focuses on the upkeep and safety of our residences. Knowledge of basic environmental or maintenance tasks is beneficial, but prior experience is not mandatory. We seek candidates who can adapt to flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends, to help maintain our properties consistently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain the cleanliness and visual appeal of Delmanor residences
• Ensure safety from hazards and cleanliness in properties
• Report serious maintenance issues to the Environmental Services Manager
Requirements:
• Basic knowledge of commercial/residential maintenance
• Prior experience as an environmental/maintenance assistant preferred but not required
• Flexibility in scheduling, including weekends and evenings
