Become a League Coordinator at Urban Rec in South Surrey Athletic Park! This position offers you the chance to engage with participants while overseeing recreational sports leagues every Sunday night.
In this critical role, you will help shape memorable experiences for sports enthusiasts. Your duties involve setting up equipment, managing time and scores during games, and ensuring participant enjoyment and safety. You will promote events and handle any conflicts, ensuring that league operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Set up and dismantle sports equipment for leagues
• Track time and scores during matches accurately
• Prepare detailed shift reports for management
• Act as an ambassador, promoting events and registrations




• Address first-aid issues or team disputes
• Foster a friendly atmosphere among participants
• Resolve conflicts amicably between players
Requirements:
• Enthusiastic about sports and team activities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in event management is advantageous
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic workplace
• Must be available Sunday evenings from 7:45 PM to 11:15 PM
