Job Description

As a Merchandising Associate, you will support merchandise flow and presentation to ensure the sales floor is well‑stocked, organized, and visually appealing. You play a key role in maintaining efficient back‑of‑house operations and contributing to a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Support an exceptional shopping experience by ensuring product is organized, accessible, and visually aligned with brand standards.
- Process merchandise deliveries, including receiving, sorting, transferring, and preparing product for the sales floor according to company procedures.
- Assist with visual presentation, including floor moves, product placement, signage, and housekeeping duties.
- Execute visual setup and changes as directed to maintain a cohesive and appealing store environment.
- Demonstrate product knowledge, visual presentation awareness, and an understanding of merchandise flow and sell‑through.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries promptly and sharing feedback that helps enhance the overall shopping experience.

Qualifications

- +6 months of experience in merchandise processing, retail, sales, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to thrive in a fast‑paced,



dynamic environment.
- High attention to detail, with the ability to follow procedures and maintain consistent standards.
- Passion for fashion: good sense of style and solid knowledge of fashion trends.
- Proficient in POS, ERP, ATS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flexible availability; able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 40 lbs (18 kg), and use a step ladder reaching up to 3 m (10 feet).
