MainResponsibilities:

- Manage food and non-food purchasing by overseeing the entire orderingprocess, from sourcing to delivery.
- Participate in negotiations with service providers and suppliers,ensuring contract drafting and compliance with terms.
- Develop and reference new suppliers to optimize product costs andquality. Analyze market opportunities.
- Contribute to optimizing the multi-site organization by controllingrisks and reducing procurement lead times and costs.
- Identify areas for improvement and track key performance indicators(KPIs) to ensure optimal operational monitoring.
- Monitoring, guidance and support for procurement processes.
- Conduct procurement audits and promote best practices within the team.
- Serve as the point of contact for updating and managing the procurementcatalog (suppliers and ERP), while overseeing the purchasing and procurementprocesses.
