and strategic initiatives to support sustainable service deliveryWho You'll Work WithYou will report to the Executive Director and serve as a key member of the Home Leadership Team, providing clinical leadership for nursing and personal care services. You'll work in close partnership with the Director of Quality and Risk on clinical quality and safety priorities and maintain strong relationships with medical staff and interdisciplinary leaders to support resident outcomes and inspection readiness.What You BringWe're looking for someone who brings clinical expertise, leadership, and heart.
