Compensation
$18.25/hr base + mileage + tips
Realistic earning potential: $24-31/hr
Both part-time and full-time positions available

Start:Delivery Expert - learn routes, customer service, and store systems
3-6 months:In-store cross-training (make-line, oven, phones) + shift lead responsibilities
6-18 months:Assistant Manager / Shift Manager track for top performers
Long-term:Multi-store leadership opportunities for those who want it
What you need to apply
Valid BC driver's license
Personal vehicle with valid insurance and current safety inspectionAbility to pass a background check
Strong customer service attitude
Comfortable with basic math and a fast-paced environment
