Job Overview
We are a growing Calgary-based mechanical contractor ($4–5M annual revenue, 10-person team) specializing in commercial, tenant improvements, and multi-unit residential projects. We are expanding into larger multi-family and multi-building commercial developments and are hiring a high-performing Project Coordinator to help build the next stage of the company.
This is not an admin role.
This is a career-building role with a clear path to Project Manager.
You will work directly with ownership and play a key role in tightening systems, protecting margins, and supporting larger-scale projects.
Responsibilities
You will bring organization, urgency, and accountability to every active project.
- Submittals and document control
- RFI drafting and tracking
- Change order documentation and log management
- Purchase orders and material tracking
- Labour and cost tracking support
- Meeting minutes and action item follow-up
Skills
3–7 years construction coordination experience.

- Mechanical construction background preferred
- Strong understanding of drawings and specs
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Confident communicator
- Ambitious and ready for more responsibility
Job Type: Full time
Pay: $60,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
