The Mustard Seed is seeking a Community Support Worker in Edmonton to engage with participants at the Canora Centre, provide advocacy, crisis intervention, and person-centered support. You will help guests access internal and external resources in a respectful, skilled manner.
You will join a team delivering drop-in services, food programs, and community activities with a flexible, casual schedule and no guaranteed hours. This role reports to the Community Impact Centre Manager.
