We are hiring for a Full-Time/Part-Time Sourdough Baker with a wage range of $17.00 - $25.00 at our location in Edmonton, AB. (Rabbit Hill location)

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

- Measure, mix, scale, knead, hand-shape, and score bread
- Bake traditional bread and bakery products
- Operate bakery equipment (i.e. commercial mixers, rack ovens, proofer, bread slicer)
- Adhere to quality, cleanliness, and merchandising standards
- Maintain a clean and sanitized work area
- Properly store food by adhering to food safety policies and procedures




- Handle customer customer service inquiries and provide an exceptional customer experience

What you Bring:

- Knowledge of the basic principles of bakery preparation, various baking methods, and food safety regulations
- Experience with pre-ferments, levain, poolish, sponge
- Comfortable working early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- A passion for providing an exceptional customer experience
- Ability to thrive and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50lbs
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills
- Most importantly, the willingness and enthusiasm for continuous learning and development.
