Description of the department The position of Project Manager is part of Menard Canada's Operations Department. Employees under this department coordinate the management and implementation of projects in the field, from the feasibility study to the final delivery. He or she is responsible for planning, organising and monitoring construction sites, ensuring compliance with quality, safety and efficiency standards. Operations teams work closely with customers, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure project success and partner satisfaction. Job description The objective of the position of Project Manager at Menard Canada is to manage and coordinate ground improvement projects, mainly standard to moderately complex, from feasibility study to final delivery, ensuring compliance with costs, deadlines and quality requirements.
