This hybrid, full-time role offers an exciting chance to partner directly with the CEO at Elective. You’ll leverage your 3-5+ years of product management experience to translate company goals into actionable roadmaps. Build systems for product operations and own end-to-end execution while driving significant growth for our fintech platform.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop a sequenced product roadmap with CEO collaboration • Establish a robust product operating system for delivery • Ensure clarity in project specifications for engineers • Make strategic tradeoff decisions between scope and speed • Manage a comprehensive Voice of the Customer program
Requirements: • 3-5+ years in product management or founder experience • Strong organizational and systems thinking skills • Excellent written communication for decision documentation • Data-driven with commercial instincts for product impact • Technical fluency to engage effectively with engineering teams
