Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure thorough grounds maintenance and landscaping
• Carry out repairs on community buildings and machinery
• Provide assistance to residents, including firewood delivery
• Conduct and record water testing daily
• Maintain the safety and cleanliness of pool and spa areas
Requirements:
• Clean Driver's Abstract required
• Current water ticket or pool certificate is a plus
• Must be willing to complete certification courses
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Strong communication and organizational skills
