Role Description

The Casino Dealer role at Kinakin Entertainment is a casual position based in Saskatoon, SK. 3- 4 hour long shifts. The dealer is responsible for operating table games such as blackjack and roulette, including dealing cards, spinning the wheel, managing chips, and accurately calculating and paying out winnings. The Casino Dealer interacts with guests throughout their visit by answering questions, explaining game procedures,



and promoting a welcoming, professional atmosphere.

Qualifications

- Table game proficiency, including experience or training in blackjack and/or roulette.
- Strong customer service and communication skills to interact effectively with diverse guests.
- Ability to provide and receive training, adapt to procedures, and learn new games or rules.
- High level of numeracy, attention to detail, and accuracy in handling chips and payouts.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and maintain focus in a fast-paced, noisy environment.
- Demonstrated reliability, integrity, and adherence to regulatory and company policies.
- Previous casino or hospitality experience is preferred; gaming certification or dealer training is beneficial.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays however you can choose your own shifts.
