Triple O’s McCurdy is looking for three (3) Full‑Time In‑Charge Managers (NOC 62020) to join our team! This is a full‑time position with 35‑40 hours per week, $20.00 to $22.00 per hour, with medical and dental perks.

Job Description

- Supervise and co‑coordinate activities of food service counter attendants and kitchen staff
- Prepare shift schedules and delegate tasks to ensure efficient operations
- Train staff in job duties, food safety procedures, and company policies
- Ensure excellent customer service by handling guest concerns, resolving complaints, and supporting front‑line team members
- Monitor guest satisfaction and take proactive steps to maintain high service standards
- Estimate and order ingredients and supplies
- Ensure food service and quality control
- Maintain records of stock, repairs,



sales and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports
- Ensure all operations comply with local health and safety regulations
- Must have knowledge of the establishment’s culinary genres
- Assist in food prep for customers, if needed

Job Requirements

- Minimum 2-3 years of work experience in food service/food preparation
- Related training in food service administration is an asset
- Must have leadership skills
- Must be willing to work early morning/late night shifts
- Language in the workplace is English
