What You’ll Do

- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized self‑checkout area, ensuring it remains free of fixtures, unnecessary debris, foreign objects, and spills.
- Promote Walmart Programs and Initiatives, including credit card services, product protection plans, and charitable initiatives when applicable.
- Support customers at self‑checkout by helping them use equipment quickly and confidently, offering assistance when needed, monitoring activity, and completing required checks; explain interventions and escalations to the Customer Service Manager.
- Respond to EAS alerts and complete the “Failure to Deactivate” log accurately following procedures.
- Manage Scan & Go Equipment by ensuring scanners are returned to their designated storage locations after use.
- Be flexible with shifts, working evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to keep store running smoothly.

- Perform repetitive tasks such as stocking, zoning, and organizing products with attention to detail and consistency to uphold store standards.
