Job Description

- n1. Customer contract
- sReview and negotiate Master Services Agreements and Statements of Work (our templates and customer forms
- sLead negotiations with customer’s legal and sales team
- s2. Strategic partnership
- sDraft and negotiate new partnership and referral agreement
- sSupport renewals and ongoing partner matters (e.g., AWS, Microsoft, Oracle, CrowdStrike
- )Identify and manage legal risks related to reseller and third‑party arrangement
- s3. Products developed in-hous
- eDevelop contract templates for internally created product
- sEnsure appropriate protections (e.g., IP, acceptable use, customer rights) are reflected in customer agreement
- sStandardize terms and language across platforms and offering
- sMaintain and update templates,



including integrating those from acquisition
